Booking Terms
By booking a photography session with Xowlsmith Studio, you agree to these terms. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellation policies apply as discussed during consultation.
Usage Rights
Photographs delivered to clients are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Xowlsmith Studio retains the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate agreement is made.
Digital Products
Purchased digital products (presets, templates, guides) are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited without a separate commercial license.
Liability
While we strive for excellence, Xowlsmith Studio is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, equipment failure, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or compensate affected sessions.
